Liberty Lab Diagnostics (“Liberty Lab,” “we,” or “us”) provides analytical laboratory services for research-use-only compounds. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide via the contact form or by emailing us — name, email address, message contents.
• Sample-submission information on intake forms, including the contact and shipping information required to receive samples and return Certificates of Analysis.
• Payment authorization handled through our third-party payment processor. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for operational and security purposes.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the laboratory, process samples, deliver Certificates of Analysis, respond to inquiries, and comply with applicable law.

Certificate of Analysis lookup

COAs that are searchable on this site include the company name associated with the submission, the product tested, the lot number, the testing date, and the result. Personal information from the submitter is not published as part of public COA lookup.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the laboratory (e.g., shipping carriers, email delivery, payment processing) or where required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is fully secure; if you have a concern, contact us at the email below.

All testing performed by Liberty Lab Diagnostics is for research purposes only. Compounds analyzed are not approved for, and are not intended for, human or veterinary use.
